S.O.U.L. Jury — Sacred Council
The Jury is the highest authority in S.O.U.L.'s Integrity Layer. Members are elected by merit and peer nomination only. No self-nomination is ever permitted. Verdicts require a quorum of 5 sealed votes.
Cast your sealed vote on each case. No Jury member ever sees another's vote until quorum is reached. Majority verdict stands. All outcomes are final.

We are ordinary people from every nation, tongue, and walk of life, bound by one conviction: that love, given freely and without expectation, has the power to heal the world.
There are no titles, no salaries, no rewards. Only the quiet honour of serving God by serving others.
One form. No strings. Just love.

S.O.U.L. Membership Requirements
Sacred Safeguarding
This space is holy. We protect it with wisdom, fairness, and accountability — while honouring the complete privacy of every soul who enters.
The first human eye. Screens every Heart Room exchange for harmful, illegal, or unethical content. Sees only anonymised message content — never identities.
The second, independent eye. Reviews flagged items from Reviewers. Can approve, return for revision, or escalate to the Jury. Decisions are audit-logged anonymously.
The sacred council. Rules on escalated cases, appoints Checkers, and governs Jury membership itself. All votes are sealed. Quorum of 5 required. No self-nomination — ever.
The Privacy Covenant
"No Reviewer, Checker, or Jury member ever sees who wrote a message or who replied to it. Content is screened, never identity. The only exception is a unanimous Jury decision to refer a matter to law enforcement — which itself is transparently recorded."
